Neerja has 15+ years of experience in consulting & technology development. Neerja holds EMBA from MIT Sloan, Masters in Computer Science. She founded GeniusMesh to make it easier for EMBAs to find each other, share confidential opportunities and help companies fill high profile roles, faster.
Sameet is passionate about building strategic relationships and partnerships to lead expansions into new markets and implement new strategies in a constantly changing environment. With 18 years of experience in the Financial Services & Energy industry, he is enthusiastic about applying new technological solutions in helping EMBAs meet their personal long-term goals, and create a new forum for all Executive MBAs from top business schools to interact, share ideas and help employers build great companies. Sameet holds an EMBA degree from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
Shadi is an enthusiastic builder, innovator, strategist and creator of new ideas and concepts with 12+ years of leadership experience in both public and the private sector. As an EMBA graduate from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and York University’s Schulich School of Business joint program, she fully understands the needs and challenges of graduates. She has joined GeniusMesh as a strategist and is looking forward in providing other EMBA current and alumni with a go-to-platform to provide on-going networking, career opportunities, and referral system.
Avishai is a super networker, passionate about innovation and thrives at the intersection of digital and physical. With 15 years of leadership experience in engineering consulting and energy sectors, he is excited to join the team helping EMBAs leverage a unique education experience to fulfill their goals. Avishai holds an EMBA degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and York University’s Schulich School of Business joint program.
Tom Berger started his career as an engineer (BSEE and MSEE) working for large companies for twenty-two years. That included seventeen years with Motorola working in engineering, sales, product management, marketing, and business development. He left Motorola and was one of the founders of a joint venture between Motorola and IBM which built out and ran the world’s largest wireless data network. He then began a journey in the startup world running seven different venture capital backed companies that were sold for over $260M. For the past eight years, Tom has been coaching startups and private companies on a pro bono basis. Those efforts have been with over 40 different companies and 40 different entrepreneurs. He has eight US patents, six of which were sold to Google. In addition to company coaching, Tom has two therapy dogs (Smith and Wesson) who have made over 461 visits to Cumming GA schools to spend time with special needs kids. He enjoys boating, shooting, model railroading, and woodworking. Tom and his wife, Nancy, of 48 years, live in Cumming, GA. They have three grown children and seven grandchildren. Harvey Floyd II, M. A. Organizational Psychologist | Sr. Executive Coach | Lecturer at University of Pennsylvania & Wharton Executive Education Harvey Floyd II is an organizational psychologist, senior executive coach and university lecturer who specializes in the areas of diversity and inclusion, leading and managing complex change, executive development, and team performance. Currently, Harvey holds a Lecturer position in the University of Pennsylvania Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics Program, and Wharton Executive Education, where he teaches on Diversity and Inclusion in 21 Century Organizations. As an Executive Coach at the Wharton School, Harvey coaches cross-industry leaders in signature programs including, the MBA, Executive MBA, Executive Development Program (high performance team coaching), and General Management Program. Harvey is also a Senior Executive Coach at AIIR Consulting, and an Adjunct Faculty in the U.S. State Department’s School of Leadership and Management at the Foreign Service Institute. Additionally, Harvey serves on the advisory board for GenHERation, a network that provides young Women in high school and college with access to female executives at some of the nation’s most innovative companies. GenHERation has a subscriber network of 85,000+, and has partnered with more than 75 companies and 500 Women executives to date. Harvey has a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and Change Leadership from Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He received coach training at Teleos Leadership Institute (neuropsychology, emotional intelligence, intentional change, adult development and systems theory), the Center for Creative Leadership, and Columbia University. Harvey is certified in the Team Diagnostic Survey, Coaching Mindset Index, Burke Learning Agility Inventory, Scott Eblin’s Next Level 360 and coaching, OPM 360, Change Style Indicator and Change Readiness Gauge, MBTI and FIRO-B.
