At GeniusMesh, we believe that a company’s leadership team is its greatest asset, and the strongest determinant of a business’s success in the future. We also believe that graduates from executive MBA programs, with their deep corporate experience and broad business knowledge, are uniquely positioned to successfully lead companies through current and future challenges. We created GeniusMesh to help connect the world’s top organizations with the leaders they need to help their businesses grow.
By eliminating the barriers to hiring that exist in traditional recruiting processes, GeniusMesh speeds the time it takes to make a connection between companies and executives, and ensures a better match every time. GeniusMesh was founded in 2017 out of MIT Sloan School of Management by Executive MBA Alumni, Neerja Bharti. Having been in the seat of both hiring managers and job seekers, Neerja experienced the disconnect first-hand. She saw the opportunity to build a bridge between executives, top business schools, and companies using technology and radically change the status quo in executive recruitment.
